1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or engaging in collaborations on So CollabAble, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you’re using So CollabAble on behalf of a company or brand, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use So CollabAble. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use So CollabAble, you must register an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the Platform

So CollabAble allows creators and brands to:

• Discover and connect with each other
• Propose, negotiate, and track collaborations
• Share and review content or deliverables

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Content

You may upload or share content (such as campaign briefs, deliverables, messages, or social content). You retain ownership of your content but grant So CollabAble a limited license to use it for platform functionality and promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing successful campaigns or testimonials).

You agree not to post or share:

• Anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or harmful
• Infringing content you don’t have rights to
• Spam, fake reviews, or fraudulent opportunities

6. Platform Fees & Payments

Brands may be charged for platform use (e.g., subscription fees or campaign access). Fees will be clearly disclosed and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

So CollabAble is not a payment intermediary between creators and brands. Users are responsible for managing and executing payments or deliverables as agreed.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the platform’s integrity or community.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, branding, and platform features are owned by So CollabAble.
